About BONDS

The purpose of Brothers Obtaining and Navigating Dynamic Solidarity (BONDS) is to equip TRANSmasculine individuals with leadership development and resources to navigate the adversities TRANSmasculine communities face.

The organization was created in 2019 by the co-directors Tyree Williams (he/him)  and E. Lee Dyer IV (he/him), due to the lack of sustainable and equitable resources in transmasculine communities. Williams and Dyer created an organization to provide leadership development for transmen.

BONDS operates with the mission to Cultivate TRANSformative leadership and provide sustainable tools and resources for TRANSmasculine communities.
